Villas - I was sitting in my living room. A police car rolled up, then another. One male and one female were in the street. After a few minutes the male was allowed to leave. Within 10 minutes the female was in cuffs, pocketbook was tossed, a few items taken. She clearly was arrested. The next day I checked VINELink and she was in custody, then she was released.
