Middle Township - The state should immediately install terrapin barrier fencing along the shoulders of North Wildwood Blvd. before the terrapins start to lay eggs on land. That road is a death trap for terrapins because of the concrete median barrier. Have state prison inmates help install it but just get it done before it's too late.
