North Wildwood - To the spouter who lives on Spruce Ave. commending the police for giving tickets over 25 mph... I get your point. I used to live on Spruce too but there is confusion in that it's four lanes with a broken line between the lanes in each direction. That means that you can pass. If the limit is 25 mph, who is going to pass? Someone doing 15? It is misleading. I do like that it is posted that the speed limit is strictly enforced but that "passing zone" needs to be amended.
