North Wildwood Police Department needs to train the crossing gua

North Wildwood - North Wildwood Police Department needs to train the crossing guard at 12th and Atlantic avenues who almost daily stops traffic that has the green light and allows kids (and adults) to cross against the red light facing them. Is this what we want to teach kids... to cross against a red light?
