Cape May Beach - With the new dog ban ordinance in Lower, why can't they meet halfway? Allow the dogs anytime of day, but in a designated area only. All dogs must be on a leash and owners pick up after them. It's not fair; that's the only place dogs were allowed to go in Lower. Compromise!
