Avalon - It's amazing Avalon zoning officials have time to target Virginia creeper vines growing up the side of a private residence instead of going after unmarked dumpsters, illegally parked trailers, unkempt and hazardous job sites, blocked and unsafe sidewalks, failure to use bags to capture plastic “dust,” construction work outside of approved hours and similar potentially dangerous and life-threatening violations. No borough code against Virginia creeper either, so what’s with the arbitrary enforcement?
