Villas - I agree with the Spout Off about training endless barking dogs. I wish people on Weber Ave. in Villas would train their non-stop barking dogs. A recent weekend March 16-17, was awful. I heard one neighbor scream at the top of their lungs to stop barking, and they kept barking all weekend.
