Lower Township - How can we be kept up-to-date on the sexting scandal at Lower schools and how the issue is being handled? It's not enough to hear a superintendent say, 'we're not in charge of cell phone plans.' Seriously? That's it? How about no cell phones in school, or any kind of an attempt at prevention?
