Rio Grande - Rio Grande is not the same, nice community that it had been for many years since the freeholders allowed vouchers to motels. These motels have criminals living in them that have just been paroled from state prisons. Our police department is overwhelmed with calls thanks to Cape May County not having a homeless shelter.
