Sea Isle City - The negligent town planning and vast over development happened under the mayor's long tenure and under mostly the same city council persons. Now the mayor claims he wants to reduce the housing density. Seems to me like more of a re-election push if anything. Why didn't he address the issue while it was happening instead of waiting until now? Too little, too late and sleeping at the wheel.
