Avalon - Since a new home was built on our street, our property and those of four of our neighbors have yard flooding after every decent rain. The lot was built up too high, as was the pool. Also there is too much high concrete that sheds water to our properties. The builder has not fixed the problem. The zoning office should prevent these terrible issues from happening.
