Avalon / Upper Merion - What's going on with all the drinking and misbehavior on Avalon's beaches? It's gotten worse and worse the last few years. Who's responsible for enforcement? Avalon has always had family-friendly beaches, but this year I feel like I'm in Wildwood or Sea Isle City.
