Villas - Re: when a neighbor puts trash out and it blows down the road and they actually have to walk past it to get their child off the bus and they just look at it knowing it was theirs and just keep walking instead of picking it up, pick up your own trash or I will and return it to where it came from. We are tired of people wrecking our neighborhood with trash.
