I live in Town Bank, and for years waited to be able to hook up

Town Bank - I live in Town Bank, and for years waited to be able to hook up to city water. Finally, they laid the lines and we were able to connect. What a mistake. My dishes, tub, sinks and clothes look terrible. The water is much worse than my well water ever was. My glasses look foggy and dirty. The tub looks horrible. Nothing removes the buildup of sediment. Why do we have to pay for this? Does anyone else agree?
