Is it me or is Lower Township unable to get little things done a

Villas - Is it me or is Lower Township unable to get little things done around the township that are driving people crazy? Speeders not apprehended, building permits not gotten, dogs barking, no sewer lines, trash cans not emptied, parks filthy, the list seems endless. This all leads back to the township not doing their job in some capacity and everyone given an excuse why. I think it falls on the Township Manager to uphold the ordinances and laws the Township has and ensuring the person that heads that department gets the job done and if not start the paperwork to terminate them. No more excuses.
