It's been exactly one year since street work began on 26th Avenu

Wildwood - It's been exactly one year since street work began on 26th Avenue and it still isn't done. Why is it taking so long? I've seen the same holes being dug and filled in four and five times this year! I've seen people trip over a raised lip between the blacktop and the curb. I've seen the water lay in the street longer than usual and I'm concerned about a hurricane Sandy-like storm and flooding due to the top not graded for water runoff. The guys from Perna are very nice, but can we please get this one street completed?
