Cape May - To the spouter from Philadelphia stating that the "troublemakers" come from outside of the city to see the Eagles games, I agree with you. I know several "tailgaters" and they set up their campers and grills, etc., several hours before a game. Well before game time, they are so "wasted" they don't even know where they are. God help you if you are wearing another teams' jersey. No question, it is not the safest place to be sometimes, especially after a loss.
