Cape May County - Read in the Herald Dec. 26 that the City of North Wildwood has created a "No Wake Zone" for motorists on flooded roads. Really? Now, the town is going to have the construction and design of the signs in house. You would think that all signs would be done in house and not outside since Public Works has a sign department. More taken back that the city would have to have such an order.
