Lower Township - Re: a comment that Ponderlodge would not make money as a golf course if it were re-opened, I believe it would be a money maker. The Lower Twp. area is changing. This area is rapidly growing. It is a hidden gem. Big money is buying here. Look at the homes in North Cape May. Low rent is being driven elsewhere and high rent demands the best of everything. Beach and Shore Drives are beautiful and each year the bay area is rapidly becoming the hot spot for beach goers. The ferry draws amazing crowds with their summer concerts. The diamond in the rough is now starting to shine.
