Cape May County is not doing enough for our homeless population.

Rio Grande - Cape May County is not doing enough for our homeless population. They have a Homeless Trust Fund with $140,000 that was established two years ago that they aren't even using. They have no projects planned. They haven't even set up a board or bylaws yet, which is necessary to disperse the funds. If this makes you mad, please attend a freeholders' meeting and tell them to do something.
