North Wildwood - When Patrick Rosenello becomes Mayor on Jan. 7, he will immediately be in conflict of interest under the State of New Jersey Ethics Laws, Rules and Guidelines. I find it incredible that no news media organization has questioned his ability to oversee the Wildwood Downtown Business Improvement District and the Boardwalk Special Improvement District while also serving as Mayor of North Wildwood. Would it not be in the best interest of the people to ask the State Ethics Commission to investigate this potential conflict of interest? The public deserves transparency and an investigation.
