Is there favoritism with the county offices when it comes to rep

North Cape May - Is there favoritism with the county offices when it comes to repairs? We stopped into the animal shelter in Crest Haven on two separate times, a month apart and both times I pointed out the same ceiling tiles that are caving in and most certainly a hazard, and still nothing has been done. Yet I was in the Court House, Villas and Cape May libraries and I have yet to see any maintenance issues and the minor ones I have pointed out are addressed what seems like immediately. Does the shelter not get the same attention?
