North Cape May - I agree with a spouter about code enforcement in Lower Township. I would love to see what the code enforcer does all day. One thing is for sure, they are not pro-active about their job. I think the township manager should provide a list of what they have done for each day of the week, not these cryptic percentages of how they issued 20 percent more summons during the summer months this year. So, if they issued 100 last year they issued 120 this year. That barely supports the job and that's not much when the township has up to two to 10 violations on each street that are clearly visible and nothing is ever done.
