Something needs to be done about the bus-stop enclosure in Rio G

Rio Grande - Something needs to be done about the bus-stop enclosure in Rio Grande across from ShopRite where Payless used to be. There is dog food and cat food spread all over the seat. At first, I thought someone was trying to feed animals, but after taking better notice I saw that their was broken glass mixed with the food. Not being able to sit was no longer my concern. I soon realized that it appears somebody is trying to harm animals. I don't ever see NJ Transit cleaning these bus stops. Who is responsible for the maintenance of these much-needed enclosures?
