I was flooded in my house again.

Court House - I was flooded in my house again. I live on Carter Road off of Pierce's Point in Court House, and I've been paying taxes here for 15 years. Our street floods on normal full and new moons, even when there is not bad weather. If there was an emergency, we would have to wait two to three hours for the tide to go down. Now, it is causing actual holes in the street, which my child stepped in recently, and cut his leg. When will this be fixed? I've called and emailed administration pictures several times. The street needs to be raised a foot with proper bulkheads, not the wood that was put in with spaces.
