Cape May - A person who complained about no industry in Cape May County with good-paying jobs needs to look at a map. Cape May is at the end of the state. There aren’t any roads to move a finished product. What industry would spend millions to build here without being able to move it’s product? Also, this area is prone to major storms that could cause serious and expensive damage. Until there are free roads that can handle serious trucking, we can forget about the manufacturing industry here. Cape May County is recreational.
