Ocean View - Used to be businesses wanted good employees, especially an employee who would be loyal and stay with them for many years, or even decades. Believe it or not, but those people are hard to find, and if you could get an employee like that, you were lucky. Now, imagine having 20 of them. You must be blessed, right? Imagine having your pay cut by dollars, some households losing in excess of $15,000; single mothers having to pay over $400 a month for insurance. Nice way of saying thank you for your years of service. No wonder good help is hard to find.
