Burleigh - I saw a Middle Twp. Public Works truck around 2:30 p.m. Oct. 31 parked at American Parts on North Wildwood Boulevard. Now, if it is an employee doing errands on township time, that is theft of time. I would think that employee should be working and earning their pay, not doing their own thing. It's time for the supervisors to be out on the road, not in their office. I am sure nothing will happen to that employee, but if it was someone else they would be reprimanded. Time for change at the top.
