I think the idea of repurposing the Kmart building is a good one

Villas - I think the idea of repurposing the Kmart building is a good one, especially if part of it could be used as a clinic for military veterans. It would be especially nice if the clinic could serve as "one-stop shopping" for medical care and benefits assistance center. Kudos to those who came up with this thoughtful and compassionate plan.
