Avalon - A change in ordinances takes time. There is a process in place, and it must be followed. Neighbors close by discussed and disputed building a library, and building the new police complex for years, and it came to resolve. People want change in a week or two, but that is not how change takes place in government. We have excellent, strong leadership which listens to all concerns, brainstorms problems and comes to resolution. We live a good life in Avalon.
