Rio Grande - I observed a Middle Twp. Public Works truck around 1:30 p.m. Oct. 11 parked in a grocery store lot. Does Middle Township allow their employees to go shopping on township time? Seems like some employees are allowed to do whatever they want. How about employees work instead of doing their own errands?
