Cape May - On two occasions, I pulled up to the red light on the exit of the Parkway near the hospital. I wanted to make a left going towards the hospital and I waited for the light to change. The light changed to green for others going in other directions. After waiting a long time, I decided to go right and make a U-turn further down the street. Can this light be fixed?
