Cold Spring - Re: Fulling Mill Road. My house in Philadelphia is serviced by a 100 year old water main that cracked and flooded my basement. Ten days later and many sleepless nights, lost wages and pumping out water, I understand deeply the need for infrastructure repairs. I commend the LTMUA for doing due diligence. I also understand that you need to allow the fill to settle before you can make the proper road repairs. Trust me, your bone jarring ride is noted with empathy, but no sympathy.
