I work at a local pharmacy and for the most part, our customers

Villas - I work at a local pharmacy and for the most part, our customers are wonderful. However, some people should call the pharmacy to make sure that their prescriptions have been called in before showing up. I get really frustrated when someone shows up and is very insistent that the doctor called something in for them, and said doctor hasn't yet. The people who work in doctor's offices are human and make mistakes. Please don't take it out on your pharmacy team. We are just as frustrated as you are!
