Cape May County - Want to keep me at your gym? Change the screaming, repetitive "music" to upbeat, turn it down about 20 decibels so I don't need $200 earphones, replace/maintain equipment, remove disgusting rags/mystery spray used to "clean" machines, don't target "hardcore" members (basically young men) and ignore everyone else who joins.
