Rio Grande - I observed a Middle Twp. dump truck parked at a Rio Grande convenience store after 2 p.m. Sept. 27 with the passenger sound asleep. When the driver pulled away, the passenger was still sleeping and the driver was driving through the lots near Aldi. Does Middle Twp. fix potholes in lots? Seems like their quitting time was earlier than others.
