Dennisville - The township meeting Sept. 25 was quite a display of inadequate and ineffective leadership within this municipality. I would only hope that all employees are treated exactly the same with the same rights and benefits when it comes to being an employee. There are legal and illegal steps to hiring, firing and promotions.
