Cape May - When will Cape May start cracking down on bicyclists not following the rules of the road? It's every year, and nothing is ever done. I was parked in front of an establishment recently, ready to make a right, and a bike came up alongside me in a lane of traffic. As I made my turn, I almost hit him and he acted like it was my fault. It seems like cops for the summer want nothing to do with this issue. I guess it takes someone to get hurt for the town to wake up.
