Del Haven - Freeholders have committed $6.2 million for construction of a new “tech village” at the CMC airport. They say it will bring four companies and 130 good-paying jobs. Who are these companies? Have leases been signed? Why couldn’t these companies pay for construction or buy the land and bear the risk instead of the risk falling to taxpayers if the businesses don’t pan out and they shut?
