Erma - We were driving slowly through Cape May after 9 p.m. Aug. 31, searching for a parking space. We nearly struck a young boy wearing no helmet when he darted across the street in front of us. When we yelled out the window, he yelled back as though it was our fault. He then followed us to where we were stopped at a light, took a picture of our plate and continued yelling at us. Not wanting to escalate the situation and knowing the driver never wins, we drove away. We could only wonder how this boy behaves at home and in school.
