Court House - Pets should not be out in the heat. For any time in the yard, shade must be available, as well as water and shelter. Walking on hot pavement and sand is painful. Early morning or late evening walks would be better for both pet and owner. Take water on any walk. Leave plenty of water outside for the wild things. Under no circumstances should children or pet(s) be left in a car which can overheat enough in minutes to severely threaten their health and life.
