Swainton - There is an abandoned slum house that needs to be torn down on Rt. 9 in Swainton. What an eyesore! I thought property owners were getting fines for leaving such properties in disarray. There are animals crawling in and out of the shabby board-up job. This 1920s-built shack is no historic landmark! Isn't there an abandoned and vacant property ordinance in Middle?
