What happened to just being able to play a sport?

Cape May - What happened to just being able to play a sport? At Lower, you are held accountable for helping your "team" volunteering. It's ridiculous playing a sport has too much to it these days, and the school board does nothing about it. They sit back and watch their coaches, and scold at their players if they are unable to or want to go help raise money for their team. Not wanting to do things as a team outside of practice time does not mean the players' efforts are not there during games.
