The secret is out about our hidden gems and they are escaping the crowds and high cost of having a second home in their area. We welcome these new homeowners to our town, but please leave bad habits at home. Setting up tents, chairs and umbrellas early on the beach is rude. Driving too fast on our small streets is rude. The "all about me" attitude is not welcome here.
