Avalon - Some bicyclists seem to have the idea that all traffic has to stop for them. Bicycles are considered a moving vehicle just like a car. They have to obey the same laws as automobiles. They are not allowed the same privilege as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Although, some are getting shrewd and walking their bikes across the pedestrian crosswalk. As for pedestrians in crosswalks, some take advantage of the law and walk at a snail's pace with an attitude. I’m sure many Avalonians would like to give them a taste of their own medicine wherever they live and see how they would like it.
