I don’t understand why restaurants allow dogs that aren’t servic

Cape May - I don’t understand why restaurants allow dogs that aren’t service animals! I don’t come to Cape May and spend thousands to sit next to a dog! I was at a restaurant, and the dog was sitting in the chair at the dining table! At least service dogs sit or lay by their owner, like a dog should. Hopefully, the Board of Health addresses this, as it’s against health regulations.
