Avalon - Regarding the construction controversy in Avalon, we all should recognize that we need the builders, and they need us. However, the pendulum has swung to the point that the rights of property owners are being adversely affected. What is needed is sound leadership from the mayor and Borough Council to assure that building can go on without making living in our town a highly unpleasant experience. Stone Harbor seems to have gotten it right. Why not Avalon?
