North Cape May - I wish some of the spouters with concerns about barking dogs would provide a little more information. When they say that dogs are barking nonstop, does this mean they bark continuously for over a half hour? Or are these dogs simply outside contained in their own yard doing their business, occasionally barking at passing pedestrians? Dogs bark instinctively, but barking and crying to be let back inside is unfortunate and neglect. No one appreciates constant barking, but the casual alert that folks are walking by is a good thing. If you live next door to a dog, you’ll hear it “woof” sometimes!
