Avalon - Every time we are going to get an inch of rain, Avalon's administration calls us on the emergency system telling us our streets are going to flood. Yes, whenever it rains here now, the streets do flood. Why? Because Avalon's administration, against the wishes of hundreds of taxpayers who have voiced our opinions at both zoning and council meetings, have approved so many variances and dubious, congested construction projects. One can't plant beans and get corn. What a shame.
