North Cape May - If Lower Twp. Police or State Police would put a traffic camera or an officer at the end of the Parkway in the morning between 7:30 and 8 a.m., they would make a fortune ticketing people making a left turn to go north on the Parkway instead of going around the loop. It seems these people feel that laws don't apply to them.
